Do you offer professional assembly for shipped bikes?
Yes, all Torque E-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide detailed video guides and all necessary tools for home setup, or you can select 'Professional Assembly' at checkout to have it ready at a local partner shop.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Torque E-bike is backed by a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Are Torque E-bikes waterproof for off-road trail riding?
Our bikes feature an IP65 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against rain, splashes, and mud. However, they should not be fully submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with over 10 miles of recorded travel.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, transit time via our specialized freight carriers usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
